1. Microsoft Edge:

How Do You Back Up Your Favourites In Microsoft Edge?

  • Using the Windows key + E, open File Explorer.

  • Copy the DataStore folder and save it somewhere safely (e.g., as to your OneDrive).

  • Using the Windows key + E, open File Explorer.
  • Close the Microsoft Edge browser if it is currently running.
  • Enter the following into the top-of-the-screen bar: %LocalAppData%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\User\Default
  • Locate the DataStore folder backup you created earlier (discussed in step three in the previous section).
  • Then, copy the DataStore folder and paste or transfer it to the third-step folder.
  • If a window with Replace or Skip Files opens, choose to Replace the files in the destination.
  • When you open Microsoft Edge again, your bookmarks should be restored.

2. Mozilla Firefox:

In Recent Versions Of Firefox, You May Backup Your Bookmarks:

  • Mozilla Firefox is now open.
  • Select the Bookmarks option. In Firefox, you can see your bookmarks. Then choose Show All Bookmarks.
  • Select the set of bookmarks you want to back up under the Library window’s All Bookmarks section.
  • Then, import and Backup are located at the top of the window.
  • Choose Export bookmarks to HTML from the drop-down option that appears.
